Satisfy your brownie craving in minutes with this fudgy and delicious Brownie in the microwave. It is unbelievably easy, and will have you diving into a warm brownie in a matter of a minute.
Unlike the Brownie in a Mug, this Brownie is fudgy, tender, and super chocolaty.
Although this recipe makes one brownie it is definitely enough to serve two adults. It is very rich and satisfying, and a little goes a long way when served with ice cream and chocolate syrup.

1 1/2 tbsp.butter, melted
1 1/2 tbsp.powdered sugar
2 tbsp.milk
1 tsp.vanilla
4 1/2 tbsp.all-purpose flour
2 tbsp.chocolate chips
2 scoopice cream
2 tbsp.chocolate syrup

In a bowl add the melted chocolate and butter and mix to combine.

Add the sugar, flour, milk and vanilla and mix..

Add the chocolate chips and mix, but do not over mix.

Pour the batter in microwave safe bowl and bake on high power for 75 seconds.

Remove and serve with ice cream of choice and drizzle of chocolate syrup.
