This yummy healthy Chilla for kids.It, is full of veggies and all the vitamins. Children love it very much.

First take1 bowl moongdal wash it and soak for 1 hour and discard the water.

Then add dal into mixer jar add Ginger green chilli and cumin seeds salt and water grind it into a fine batter then transfer to a bowl stir well

Then take all veggies into mixer jar and half crushed and transfer to a small bowl set tava on high heat and let it get hot Sprinkle water once it get hot then pour a ladle full of batter on tava spread it into a chilla add crushed veggies on surface and press it gently so that it does not fall off then add black pepper powder and ghee on top and cook over medium flame until chilla become light golden brown from bottom then flip. Then roll it and cut into pieces.

Now healthy nutrition tasty noongdal chilla is ready and transfer to dish and serve with green chutney and card and enjoy it. Enjoy!!!
