Steps

Soak rice and both the daals overnight. Then grind in mixi and make fine paste in the morning.

Chop onion and chilli. Add salt in batter mix well. Heat a pan, pour batter spread it. Put chopped onion and chillies on the top.

Cover with lid. Cook on slow to medium flame for 2-3min.then flip and cook the other side of it.

You can give to kids as it is or with chutney or sauce.
