Ingredients

  1. 1ripe avocado
  2. 2boiled egg yolks
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 tspcrushed pepper
  5. 1 tspolive oil
  6. 1 tsplemon juice
  7. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  8. 3 tbsptandoori matonnaise
  9. 2sourdough slices
  10. 2coriander sprigs for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take an avocado, peel it and mash it in a bowl.

    Now in the same bowl add a boiled egg yolk and mash it along with the avocado.

    Now take coriander leaves in a grinder and grind it into a smooth paste.

    Now add the coriander leaves paste into the avocado mixture.

  5. 5

    Now add salt, crushed pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and mix everything well and keep aside.

    Now take 2 slices of sour dough bread and toast them in a toaster.

  7. 7

    Now take a bit of tandoori mayonnaise and the prepared avocado egg paste and arrange it on the sour dough in alternate layers.Garnish with coriander sprigs.

    Once done, take another boiled egg yolk, crush it and place it on a plate.

    Place the prepared avocado egg mayonnaise toast on it and serve.
