Here, after boiling, I slathered the corn with the spiced butter mix and popped it in the air fryer.

Cut the corn in 3-4 sections and boil for 10-15 minutes. Remove.

In a bowl add the butter, lemon juice and the spices along with cumin seeds and parsley.

Apply the butter mixture on the corn, massaging it into the corn.

Place the corn in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes at 200C..

Shake the corn half way.

Serve warm with chopped cilantro, if desired.
