Fresh baby corn cobs or sectioned corns are boiled or grilled until tender, then slathered with a mouthwatering mix of butter, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt. This zesty masala blend infuses the corn with tangy, spicy goodness that tickles the taste buds.
Here, after boiling, I slathered the corn with the spiced butter mix and popped it in the air fryer.
Easy to prepare and fun to eat, this snack is a hit among kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

30minutes
3 servings
  • 2corns, shucked
  • 2-3 tbsp.butter, softened
  • 1 tsp.chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp.lemon juice
  • 1 tsp.cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp.chaat masala
  • 1 tsp.salt
  • 2 tbsp.parsley flakes

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the corn in 3-4 sections and boil for 10-15 minutes. Remove.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add the butter, lemon juice and the spices along with cumin seeds and parsley.

  3. 3

    Apply the butter mixture on the corn, massaging it into the corn.

  4. 4

    Place the corn in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes at 200C..

  5. 5

    Shake the corn half way.

  6. 6

    Serve warm with chopped cilantro, if desired.
