Assemble ingredients, soak rice and Dal overnight.

Put Rice, Dal, Ginger, green chilli and grind into smooth paste. Add Curd + Salt + Turmeric powder and mix well. In pan add Oil, allow to heat, add Cumin seeds + Mustard seeds + Curry leaves + Hing and allow to splutter. Then add the tempering into the Mixture and mix well.

Grease a pan, Add Eno to mixture and mix well. Pour the Mixture in PAN and spread evenly. Cover and Cook for 12 - 15 minutes under low flame and check in between.

The upper surface gets firm and turns brownish. Flip it with the help of a plate and cook the other side for few minutes under low flame.

Gradually it is cooked and surface turns brownish. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool. Dish is done.

Cut into pieces and serve with your favourite dip.
