Ingredients

10 minutes
2 persons
  • 1 small bowl of pearl millet flour
  • 1/2 small bowl of ghee
  • 1 small bowl of jaggery
  • Few rose petals

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients.

    Mix well and make a dough. Make small balls from it and fill the greased modak mould.

  3. 3

    After 2 - 5 minutes remove it from the mould and garnish it with rose petals.
