First, in a bowl, add jowar flour, curd, ginger-chilli paste, salt, turmeric, and ghee, then mix it with a hand mixer.

Now, take oil in a vagariya (a small tempering pot) and heat it. Once the cumin seeds splutter, add asafoetida (hing) and pour this tempering into the prepared mixture."

Now, place this bowl in the microwave for 1.5 minutes initially, then for 2 minutes, and then for another 2 minutes. Each time you take the bowl out, stir it gently."

Now, transfer the prepared khicha into a silicone cupcake mold. Place a plate on top and unmold it.

Meanwhile, in a separate small tempering pot (vagariya), heat some oil. Once hot, add mustard seeds and a whole dried red chili. Then, add asafoetida, curry leaves, and sesame seeds to prepare the tempering. Pour this tempering over the khicha.
