1 cupMaida
3Eggs
1/2 cupSugar
2 tbspCocoa powder
1/2 tspVanilla essence
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSoda
1/2 cupChocolate chips
1 tspCoffee
1/2 cupHot water
Chocolate sauce as required
1/2 cupOil

Preheat oven at 150 C.

Sift together Maida,cocoa, coffee, soda and baking powder.

Beat together sugar and oil till incorporated.

Add in eggs and beat well.

Add in essence, milk and water.

Beat till incorporate.

Add in flour mixture.

Mix till combine.

Fold in chips.

Pour batter in muffin pan.

Bake for 30 minutes or till done.

Drizzle sauce over cakes.

Serve straight away.
