Ingredients

3 people
  • 2potatoes washed peeled and grated
  • 2carrot grated
  • 1medium size cabbage grated
  • 5capsicum finely chopped
  • 5green chillies chopped
  • 1 inchginger grated
  • Few curry leaves finely chopped
  • Handfulfinely chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste, pinch of asfoetida
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder and black pepper powder
  • Half cup gram flour
  • 1/4 cup of each rice flour and semolina

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all veggies and other indgredients as mentioned above without adding water

    Heat oil in a frying pan and gently drop the fritters slowly one by one into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.

    Serve Hot as evening snacks with hot cup of tea or coffee / side dish for lunch or dinner
