This recipe requires a lot of time and the outcome is very tasty.
Steps

Mix boiled potatoes, paneer, khoya, salt and red chilli powder well. Mix it well. Keep chopped cashew and kismis ready.

Stuff mixed cashew and kismis in potato mix and make round shape balls as shown in the picture. Deep fry it until it becomes golden in colour.

To prepare gravy, add 1 tbsp oil. Add chopped onion, garlic, tomato, cashew and red chilli powder. Cook till it become tender. Let it cool. Make a gravy. Add oil in the pan.

Add gravy to this. Continue to cook on low flame. Add masalas. Continue to cook on low flame.

Add cream and continue to cook till oil start coming as shown in the picture.

Transfer gravy in serving bowl. Just before serving, add kofta in it. Enjoy 😍

Tip - Do not add kofta in hot gravy. You can also spread gravy and kofta on top of it. It's really a wonderful recipe.
