Firstly roll the chaptis and cut with the help of scissor in long slices.

Deep fry it in hot oil.Fry till it turns crispy. Now put it on tissue paper.

Now take a bowl add crispy roti slices.add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and potato in it.

Now add green chutney, tamarind chutney chat masala salt,lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves.

Mix well.

Garnish with sev and boondi.

Consume it immediately.
