Amazingly fresh, bright, crispy and vitamin-rich, this salad will definitely lift your spirits. I don't know if it has anything to do with the Greeks 😁, but it's definitely very tasty. I give the amount of ingredients approximately.

Place the salad mix on a plate or in a salad bowl. Spread the halved cherry tomatoes on top.

Add thinly sliced sweet pepper rings and diced cucumber.

Place feta cheese on top in small pieces. Add thin rings of red onion.

Boil the shrimp in salted water, or fry for one minute on both sides, together with garlic, in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Place black olives and shrimp on top of the salad.

Salt the salad, drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
