First take1 bowl chana dal wash it properly and soak in water for 2 hour. Then take1cup chopped onion and carrot and cabbage green chilli and coriander and arrange in a dish

One soaked discard the water and add in mixer jar along with Ginger green chilli cumin seeds and salt and water grind into a fine batter then transfer to a bowl stir well and check the consistency and the batter should not be to thin then to make topping add all the veggies into mixer jar.

Chopped vegetable then transfer veggies into a bowl. Then take chana dal batter and add chopped green chilli chopped Ginger Chilli paste and1 tsp red chilli powder and turmeric powder salt lemon juice 1 tsp black pepper powder1 tsp Garam Masala mix well. And set a tawa over high heat let it got hot Sprinkle water on tawa then remove water and pour a laddle full of batter on tawa spread into a Chilla batter. Then add the topping on surface add press it gently so that it doesn't fall off.

And add black pepper powder and add 1 tsp ghee on top press it. And cook over medium flame until chilla light golden brown from bottom and flip it and cook on other side for 2-3 minutes now all time favourite healthy nutritious chana dal vegetable chilla is ready.

Then then transfer to a serving plate decorate with green chilli and serve with red chutney and green chutney. Enjoy!!!
