Steps

For Fulka Rotli:Take a wide mixing bowl Seive flour add 2 tsp oil,salt to taste optional and mix and bind a soft dough by adding the required amount of water

Rest the dough for 10 minutes minimum, Now divide them into small portions and roll the thin round Roti
- 3
Now Roast them in the Nonstick pan or you can put the fulka Or Roti over the Gas burner flame and Roast by turning them both the sides,I use to Roast in my Pan itself by pressing them into balls or balloon or as equal to fulka and apply ghee over the Rotli

Bharela Ringana Bateta:Take the Vegetables wash and dry them,Slice each of them,not completely leaving the space to fill the Stuffed Masala

For Stuffing:Bharwa Masala:Take all the Dry ingredients and now mix nicely and refill the Brinjal and Baby potatoes properly by pressing them

Now take a pressure cooker,add oil,crackle Mustard seeds,Cumin Seeds,Asafoetida and now place gently the Stuffed Baby potatoes

Spread the Let over Bharwa masala over them and now add about 1/2 glass of water and give 2 whistles

Later once Cooker pressure is cool open and place the Ringana or Brinjal 🍆 over them Bharwa masala,same as earlier now close the lid and give one whistle and switch off the flame

Vegetable is Ready now

For Mixed Fruit Raita:Beat or Blend the Yogurt,Add Salt,Sugar and Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder and finely chopped coriander leaves mix together nicely and last add the fruits of your choice like Apple,Banana,Grapes,Pomegranate,orange and many more….
