Prep time -10 mins, Assembling -10 mins, Freeze-3h

1 cupripe Jackfruit deseeding
1/2 cuphung curd
1/2 cupdouble cream
2 Tbspicing sugar
1 tspcardamom powder
Garnish with chopped walnuts or any desired nuts of your choice and saffron strands

Prep time -10 mins, Assembling -10 mins, Freeze-3h

Deseed jackfruits and add to blender, make a purée and whisk smooth

In a bowl whisk hung curd smooth

In another bowl whisk double cream until it has soft peaks

In a bowl add jackfruit purée, hung curd and fold gently, add icing sugar and cardamom powder and fold well

Add to whisked double cream and fold gently, pour into earthen bowls and tap gently to get rid of air bubbles

Freeze for 3 hrs or overnight ideally

Garnish with chopped walnuts and saffron strands and enjoy a finger licking dessert 😊
