Steps

Firstly soaked urad dal for 3-4 hours.

Then remove the water and make a fine paste of urad dal. Now beat the paste for 2-3 mins or until fluffy.

Now add salt and a pinch of hing and mix it well. Deep fry urad dal ball in medicine heat oil.

Now ready bhalle transfer in cold water. And soak for 5-10 mins. Squish the water from the bhalle.

Now add powdered sugar in the curd and mix it well.
Now add Ready bhalle transfer in sweet curd. - 6
Now ready bhalle transfer in a serving bowl and sprinkle salt, chilli powder and cumin and enjoy!

SHAHI PANEER 😋:-

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and cardamom and saute.

Either add garlic,onion slightly cook.
Now add chopped tomatoes and cashew nuts, cover with a lid.
After the tomato becomes a mashy turn of the stove.
And keep a side to cool down. - 10
After cooling down make a fine paste in the mixer grinder.

Further again heat 1 tbsp ghee and dry spices and slightly cook.
Now add Ready onion tomato puree and cook for 5 mins.
Now add milk and sugar and Cook again for 5 mins. - 12
Now add sliced paneer, kasuri methi and cook for 2-3 minutes more..
