This simple vegetarian gavran thali , which is prepared locally available produce providing a complete and satisfying meal.

Soak vaal dal for 2 hours and remove water from it, boil water add turmeric powder,add the dal and cook till soft.

Make paste using onion, coconut,kokam agal and chilly powder add to the cooked dal,add salt, jagarry mix everything well and summer for a while,vaal dal is ready.

For thecha add oil to tava add green chilly fry for a while then add roasted peanuts, jeera garlic cloves fry for a few seconds,cool it then transfer to mixi jar add salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves and grind to coarse paste techa is ready.

Now serving the gavran thali with phulka,rice,varan, potato ras bhaji, flaxseed chutney pudi, pickle,salad,and curd.
