Boil potatoes, one tomato one carrot one chilli half a bowl peas and cauliflower

Once the veges are boiled mash them in that very vessel and make a puree of tomato and onionn or u can cut them nicely as well prepare the paste of fresh garlic and ginger. You can add capsicum finely chopped if you want. Chop some corrieander for garnishing and put them all aside

Heat a pan and put one spoon of oil and butter into it. Once its hot put onion garlic and ginger into that.add peas and capsicum as Well let the onions get pinkish. Then put tomato puree and let it cook for 5 mins. Once tomatoes start loosing its water add pav bhaji masala red chilli powder turmeric powder salt lemon and sugar as per requirement l. Stir it with high flame

Add the mashed veges into it. And mix it well. For street like taste. Heat a pan add some butter and oil into it put pavbhaji masala into the butter and let it stay on the heat for few seconds and once its hot put it straight into the mixture. Mix it well.

Serve the pav bhaji with butter milk and your choice of fresh breads onions and lemon.
