In a big mixing bowl add poha,coconut, salt, onion, tomato, sugar, groundnuts, coriander leaves,lemon juice.

Heat a tadka pan. Add oil and mustard seeds. Allow to crackle. Add curry leaves, pinch of asafoetida and chopped green chilles.

Pour this tadka into poha. MIX WELL. Sprinkle some water in it.

Mix and serve immediately.
