Ingredients

  1. For Onion Aloo sabji
  2. 2-3small onions
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 2potatoes chopped large
  5. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  6. 1/4 th cup water
  7. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  8. 1 tbspoil
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. For dal
  11. 1 cupsoaked toor dal
  12. 1tomato chopped
  13. 1 tspgreen chillibpaste
  14. 1 tspginger paste
  15. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  16. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  17. 1/2 tspasafoetida
  18. 1 tbspjaggery
  19. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  20. Routine spices

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For sabji, heat oil, add cumin seeds, green chilli paste, onion, tomato, potato, water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder. Cook upto 3 whistles. Add coriander and serve

    For dal, cook dal with salt and water upto 3 whistels, now heat oil, add mustard seeds, asofedita, green chilli paste, ginger paste, tomato and dal, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and boil, now add jaggery and lemon juice. Mix well cook again for 5mts. Add chopped coriander and serve

    Serve sabji, dal, pickle, fulka roti with chaas
