Protein rich mix veg lobia chilla

Soak the lobia overnight.

In the morning drain all water, take lobia in the mixer grinder,add chilly and ginger and grind it well. Add some water while grinding.

Chop the all veggies finely add this in the grinded mixture Add red chilly powder salt as per test.

Now put the non stick pan on the gas on medium flame add some oil and add the batter of chilla sprinkle some oil and water keep the lead on it and roast it from both sides

Serve the chilly with chutany or sauce

It's very healthy and delicious
