Steps

Saute khada masala in the oil fir a second or two. Next sauge the 3g paste for 2 min. Next saute onions puree till it gets dark a bit. Add the tomato puree.

Add all the powder spices and salt. Saute until oil oozes. Add hot water to adjust the curry. Bring it to a boil and then add chana along with garam masala. Combine, Cover and simmer for 5 min.

Garnish with coriendar leaves and serve with rotli/naan/bhakhri, rice.

Variation : this gravy can be used with any other boiled lentils like brown/white chana, dry pigeon peas and all. You can also add mixed veggies such as potatoes (better fried), par boiled french beans, peas, carrot etc. If you cook it in some more oil, you will also be able to add a little more water to make more curry.
