2fried chicken drumsticks shredded
1 cuprice
1medium size onion chopped fine
3/4garlic cloves minced
1 Tbsphot sauce
Garnish with poached egg

Take the leftover fried chicken and shred the chicken, set aside. Add to a wok

Add chopped onions and chopped garlic

Add pre cooked rice and toss

Add hot sauce and mix well
