  2. 1 tbspChia seeds
  3. 200ml.water

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chia seeds in water for 15 min.Keep it aside.

    Grind beetroot with water to make juice.Strain it.

  3. 3

    Now take a glass,add beetroot juice and chia seeds.Mix it well.Your healthy detox drink is ready to serve.
