  1. 1/2 cupbeetroot chunks
  2. 3.5 tablespoonbesan
  3. 1/2 tablespoonrice flour
  4. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  5. 2Garlic cloves
  6. 1Green Chilli
  7. 2 Small piece Ginger
  8. 1 pinchcarrom seeds
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Water as per requirement
  11. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the beetroot chunks. Take a mixer pot add boiled beetroot chunks, cumin seeds, green chilli pieces, garlic cloves, ginger pieces and salt.

    Blend all ingredients. Add some water and blend smooth. Take a bowl. Add ready beetroot pulp.

    Then add besan, rice flour and carrom seeds and mix well. Add water and salt if needed. Make chilla batter.

    Heat the pan. Now dizzle oil on pan and pour ready chila batter on tawa and make chila. Roast the chila from both sides.
