Champignons in sour cream

A wonderful and at the same time very simple recipe for cooking champignons. These mushrooms, frankly speaking, do not have a special or bright taste, but they perfectly accept other tastes that can be given to them. This dish has a very tasty gravy and goes well with any side dish.

Steps
- 1
Cut the champignons into large pieces. (I always wash all mushrooms before cooking.) Cut the onion into thin half rings or quarter rings.
- 2
Heat vegetable oil and butter in a frying pan. Start frying the mushrooms.
- 3
Stir the mushrooms sparingly. Let them brown and shrink a little. Salt and season to taste.
- 4
Add the onion. Fry together with the mushrooms for about three minutes. During this time, the onion will already be soft. Add Worcestershire and Teriyaki to give the mushrooms an interesting taste and color.
- 5
All excess liquid will evaporate in a minute. Add sour cream, dilute a little with boiling water. Mix well.
- 6
Simmer under the lid for one minute and remove from heat. Serve with any side dish and fresh dill.
