Korean style glazed beef
Low hassle, slow cooker based beef dish

Place beef chuck in the slow cooker

Mix together soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic until all combined

Pour the mixture over the beef, cover, and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours until fork tender. I left overnight and it ending up being 13hours!

Remove beef and shred.

Mix cornstarch and water, stir into the sauce, and cook 15 minutes until thick and glossy. I used sauté setting on multi cooker but you might want to do this bit in a pan on the oven

Return beef and coat in the rich glaze.
Finish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving. - 7
Serve with bao buns or with rice
