This challenge was perfect for me. It's a great way to finally make those recipes I've saved but never had time for. With this challenge, I'm definitely catching up.

This dessert is quick—I don't know why I put it off. Once you have the ingredients ready, it comes together fast.

Place all the ingredients in a pitcher. Blend for a few minutes. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), with heat from top and bottom. Bake for 60 minutes.

Prepare the flan mold with caramel. You can make your own or use store-bought caramel, like I did. Pour the mixture into the mold. I didn't strain it because I like a rustic texture.

Cover with plastic wrap and place in the oven. Set the mold inside another dish with about an inch of hot water. My oven is small, so I baked it for 1 hour and 10 minutes to make sure it set well. After baking, check to see if it's done. Let it cool, then refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, depending on your preference.

Since I didn't strain it, the texture is more rustic and may have small holes. It's a matter of taste. Enjoy!
