Steps

Firstly boil the quinoa by adding salt till it gets soft and then rinse it's water.

Then chop the vegetables,now take a pan add oil in it,then add asafoetida,then add curry leaves and green chilli.

Now add tomato and vegatables and cover it till it gets cooked..

Now quinoa and mix it well.Ready to serve as healthy breakfast.
