Ingredients

10 minutes
2-3 people
  1. 1cucumber, sliced
  2. 1 cupcherry tomatoes, halved
  3. 1/4red onion, thinly sliced
  4. 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar salad dressing
  5. 1 tspsalt to taste
  6. 1 tsppepper to taste
  7. 1 tbspfresh herbs (like parsley or basil), chopped (optional)

Steps

    Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add both to a mixing bowl.

    Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl with the cucumber and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Drizzle with balsamic vinegar dressing and gently toss to combine.

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs, if using, for extra flavor.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes before serving.
