Chop all that and keep it aside. Blanch the spinach and peas and drain them. Add cold water and drain them.Chop everything else in a chopper and make a paste of ginger, chilli and garlic.

Now heat the oil in the pan and add the cumin seeds and when they crackle, add the ginger, chilli and garlic paste and let it crackle. Then add the finely chopped French beans to it, then add the cauliflower and carrots.

When everything is cooked, add the crushed spinach, peas, salt and mix. When it becomes dry, remove it and put it in another vessel.

And prepare the gram flour roast Now add the grated potatoes so that there are no lumps and grated the paneer too.

Now that our masala is ready, add paneer, potatoes, all the spices, roasted gram flour, corn flour, bread crumbs, mix it, apply oil in your hands, prepare the kebabs, put half a cashew nut on top and fry them until ready.

So, our Harabhara Kebab is prepared like this, now we will serve it with green Chutney.
