In bowl, add garlic, paprika powder, black pepper, coriander powder, chilli flakes, salt, lemon zest, dried thyme, chicken powder, chilli powder, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix well.

Add chicken strips, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.

In frying pan, heat remaining olive oil.

Add marinated chicken and cook till tender and liquid is dry. Remove and set aside.

Heat a grill pan and toast the pitas. Remove and keep warm.

Take one pita and cut in half to get two pockets. Complete with all the pitas.

Fill the pocket with chicken, lettuce, and salsa and drizzle yogurt dip.
