Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and clean them well. Place them in a strainer to drain all the water.

In a bowl, add thick yogurt, salt, red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, black salt, dried mango powder, garam masala, food coloring, black pepper, dried fenugreek leaves, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and pickle masala.

Mix well. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, then add the mushrooms. Mix everything together and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Grease a baking tray with butter. Spread the mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers separately on the tray. Brush with butter again and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes. Your delicious achari-style mushroom tikka is ready. Serve hot with green chutney and sauce. It tastes amazing!
