No oven no flour Instant chocolate roll (festival special)

First, break the biscuits into pieces and grind them in a mixer. Prepare all the remaining ingredients.

Now add desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, ghee, cardamom and dry fruits to the biscuit powder and mix everything. Then add milk little by little and prepare the dough.

Now roll out a similar amount from the prepared dough and give it a cylindrical shape. (It will make about 15). Take 150 grams of chocolate from the chocolate compound and double boil it. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil to it. This will make it smooth. Dip the prepared roll in the melted chocolate and coat it.

Now keep this chocolate roll in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then take out this set roll and design it again with melted chocolate using a spoon or piping cone and immediately add chopped pistachios.

Again, keep the chocolate roll in the fridge to set for 5 minutes. Now the festival special instant chocolate roll is ready. Enjoy it in rakhi festival.
