Steps

In a bowl add ground chicken, all spices, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, fried onion, cream and gram flour. Knead very well.

Place a foil cup in centre and place a hot coal. Pour a few drops of oil; cover for 3 minutes.

Remove the coal and with greased hands form small oval shaped kababs.

Insert a skewer to make a hole. Remove the skewer.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the kababs till golden from both sides.

Remove to kitchen paper.
- 7
Serve with fries and onion rings.
