1 tspfenugreek seeds
1 glasswater
A fewdrops of lemon juice

Take fenugreek seeds in a bowl. Wash it thoroughly.

Add water & cover. Let it sit overnight.

Next morning, strain it. Drink it on an empty stomach. Add a few drops of lemon juice for taste. (I always add lemon juice to my Methi ka Paani).

Note : 1) You can drink Methi Water with the soaked seeds if you wish.

2) The discarded seeds can be used in grinding the idli batter, in Kadhi, dals, salads, etc so don't throw them away.
