1 bowlhung curds (fresh)
4-5 tbspicing sugar or powdered sugar
1 tspKesar strands (soaked in 1 tsp warm milk) (for flavour)
1 tspElaichi powder (cardamom)
1 tbspmalai (home - made cream)
Kesar dots & elaichi powder to garnish

Take hung curds in a mixing bowl.

Add icing sugar & whisk very well. Add Kesar flavoured milk.

Add Elaichi powder & fresh malai. Whisk very well.Serve it in a fancy bowl with Kesar dots on top. Garnish with Elaichi powder. Serve chilled.

Note : If you are making this Shrikhand for Vrat (fast), do not add icing sugar as it contains corn flour in it. Instead use powdered or castor sugar.
