Steps

Take Fenugreek seeds, rinse and soak with plain water for eight hours.

Take a cup of idly rice, rinse with water and soak for eight hours.

Add the soaked Fenugreek seeds and water to the mixer jar and grind well.

The same mix add the soaked rice, and water, grind into a smooth batter.

Transfer to a bowl add salt, cup of water and mix well. Keep fermentation overnight.

The next day morning open and mix well.

Keep a dosa tawa on medium heat,add one ladle of batter and spread it evenly round shape. Sprinkle some oil.

After two minutes flip it to the other side, after two minutes remove from tawa. Transfer to a serving plate.

Enjoy the healthy and tasty Fenugreek seeds dosa with tomato kara chutney.
