  1. 50 gFlattened rice
  2. 30 gPuffed rice
  3. 30 gPuffed jowar
  4. 20 gGrated fresh coconut
  5. 40 gCucumber (chopped)
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 30 g(roasted before mixing) Roasted puffed rice
  8. 1 tsp(Optional) Sugar
  9. 50 g(Optional) Curd
  10. 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  11. 2-3 tbspchopped green coriander leaves
  12. 1 tbspghee
  13. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  14. 1 pinchasofoedeta powder
  15. 1chopped green chilli
  16. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  17. 2 tsp roasted chana dal

    Rinse the flattened rice quickly and drain well.Get ready with all ingredients.

    Roast the puffed rice in a dry pan until crisp and aromatic.

    In a bowl, combine flattened rice, roasted puffed rice, and puffed jowar.

    Add grated coconut and chopped cucumber.and roasted chana dal

    In curd add sugar and salt mix well together add curd in flatten rice mixture

    Now add green coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.Mix all ingredients together keep aside

    For temper -Get ready with all ingredients.In small pan heat ghee add cumin seeds chopped green chilli and asofoedeta powder pour this in curd mixture mix gently.

Tips

For added flavor, you can include some chopped coriander leaves or a squeeze of lemon juice.
