For Potato Peanut Kadhi -- Heat ghee in a pan, add jeera, curry leaves, raw peanuts ginger, and green chilli for tempering. Pour buttermilk with peanut powder. Stir well. Add mashed potatoes and potato cubes, mix gently. Add salt and sugar, simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring gently. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve warm.

For Barrnyard Khichdi --- Take a pan, add ghee, jeera, curry leaves, ginger, chili. Add the soaked barnyard with water to the pan. Add curd, mix well. Salt, boiled potato, crushed peanuts. Mix well. Cover the lid, cook on simmer for 3 minutes. Add water if required. When cooked completely, add coriander and serve warm.

For Potato Sabzi ----- Take a pan, add oil, jeera, curry leaves, and ginger chili. Add boiled potato cubes, and crushed roasted peanuts. Mix well. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, and chopped coriander. Mix well. Ready to serve. Serve warm.

For Rajgira Potato Paratha ---- Take a bowl, add rajgira flour, salt, mashed potato, oil, curd, ginger chili, black pepper powder, and coriander. Combine well. Knead the dough. Make paratha, fry in oil or ghee on both sides till golden brown.

In a mixing bowl, add curd, salt, sugar, green chili, coriander, and banana round slices. Mix well Banana raita is ready to serve.

Tips
Adjust the consistency of the kadhi by adding more buttermilk if desired.
