Aata Panjiri

I have tried the recipe of @karanfoodfanatic .
In spices I have added black pepper and cloves along with green cardamom as my mom used to add whenever she made Panjiri / Apungo for Pujas. I have ghee roasted, grinded and added the foxnut, cashew and almond to the ghee roasted Wheat flour Atta along with the grinded sugar and spices.

Steps
- 1
Heat ghee and fry /roast the foxnut, cashew and almond and once out, let it cool.
- 2
Grind the sugar along with the cardamom, cloves and black peppercorns. Once the foxnut and nuts cools down grind that too.
- 3
Roast the atta along with the ghee till it becomes slightly brown and nutty roasted aroma starts smelling. Take it out of the flame and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Add the Grinded ingredients and mix well. Your Aata Panjiri is ready ! Put a Tulsi leaf on top before offering it to the Lord 🙏
