Firstly, in a bowl add ghee and powdered sugar.

Beat for 2 minutes or until the mixture turns creamy.

Now add rajgira flour, dessicated coconut and pinch of baking powder.

Furthermore, add milk and make a dough.

Make small balls from the dough.

Place a heavy bottomed vessel on the gas stove and preheat with salt. Place the biscuits on a plate. Cover the vessel with lid and bake for 20 minutes.

Let them cool down completely. Place them in an air tight container.

Check the biscuits for doneness & remove them from the vessel.
Tips
Cooking on low heat ensures the biscuits are cooked evenly and remain crispy.
