For Tofu ~in a bowl take maida & spices mix it & correct the seasoning dip tofu in that & in olive oil panfry it till both sides golden color: remove & keep aside (you can see in pic)

Boil pasta & Saute in olive 🫒 oil sprinkle salt pepper powder & chopped parsley. You can add very little Italian seasoning

For Piccata sauce ~

Heat butter & very little olive 🫒 oil in a pan. Sauté garlic 🧄 in butter 🧈 until transparent. Sauté shallot onion 🧅 also until transparent

Create a paste by adding olive 🫒 oil and flour, cooking until golden brown while stirring.

Gradually add vegetable broth and lemon juice, stirring over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Using fresh lemon 🍋 juice is recommended for optimal flavor.

Stir in capers with their juice.

In a bowl take pasta 🍝 top with pan fried tofu & pour hot piccata sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley
