2tomatoes, cut into pieces
1cucumber, cut into pieces
1small onion, sliced
1large fig, cut into pieces
1 piecemelekouni (Greek honey sesame bar), cut into small pieces

for the vinaigrette
3-4 tablespoonsolive oil (45–60 ml)
2 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar (30 ml)
1 tablespoonmustard (15 ml)

Place the tomatoes and cucumber in a salad bowl.

Add the onion.

Add the fig and the melekouni.

Put the vinaigrette ingredients in a small jar, shake well to combine, and pour over the salad.
