Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes Marinate with cumin, chili powder, olive oil, and garlic for 30 minutes.

Coat marinated paneer with flour. Roast paneer in olive oil a pan OVER LOW HEAT until golden on both sides.

White sauce keep a sauce pan over medium low heat. melt butter, add the garlic and flour. stir, cook for a minute. add the coconut cream whisk to blend to avoid lumping, Increase the heat; keep stirring., let it boil and thicken Add capers, shredded cheese, bell pepper. stir until cheese melts.

Add roasted paneer to the sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes. turn off the heat. transfer to a serving bowl, Season with salt and black pepper. garnish with basil
