    Peel boiled potatoes. Take a big bowl.Add rajgiraflour, boiled potatoes rocksalt, blackpepper powder,green chili.

    Mix all ingredients.Mash all them. Make a smooth paste.Heat oil in a kadhai. Take a small portion of paste like pakore,dip in kadhai.Deep fry pakore at medium flame till brown & crispy.

    Remove out from oil.Ready crispy rajgira flour pakore.
