Grind ajwain in mixer jar on pulse mode. Separate carom outer cover (अजवायन के छिलके अलग करेंगे) this method mostly use in old time when they crush ajwain in Hammam Dasta

In a pan take ghee melt & add gud & make paat (just melt & see little bubbles on jaggery you can see in pic)

Take out from gas ; mix ajwain & all other things one by one & continuous stirring till it becomes like panjiri (pura thanda hone tak) if you want you can add little cardamom powder & saffron also

Note.. if you will not stir continuously it became hard so Please stir continuously for good texture it will look like Churma
