Steps

Wash and cut eggplant in half lenthwise and then cut in long thick sticks

Sprinkle salt,one tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp oil all over the eggplant stick keep aside for 5 mnts.

Soak red chillies in hot water for 10 mnts.Cut onion in thin slices,chopped garlic and cut red chillies also in slices

Heat pan brush one tsp oil add eggplant sticks and cook them for five mnts turn side and again cook them for 5 mnts.

Remove from fire keep aside.

Heat oil in pan add sliced onion cook for five mnts on low flame add chopped garlic and sliced red chillies.

Cook for more five mnts add cooked eggplant,water,soya sauce,sweet soya sauce, lemon juice and pinch of salt mix and cook till eggplant are soft.about 5 mnts

Remove from fire and serve.
